LH Support for Apache Kafka

The LittleHorse Operator works in conjunction with Strimzi to provide a streamlined experience for running Apache Kafka. In particular, the LHKafka CRD is an opinionated extension to Strimzi which vastly simplifies the process of running a Kafka cluster for use by your LittleHorse Orchestrator clusters or other applications.
